COLEMAN, Justice.

The defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him of rape and sentencing him to imprisonment for life.

The evidence for the state tends to show that, around ten o'clock at night on July 5th, prosecutrix went alone to a restaurant about four or five blocks from where she lived.
