This cause arises under various provisions of the Railway Labor Act. 45 U. S. C. Sections 151 et seq. Plaintiff sued the Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen (hereinafter referred to as the Trainmen), the Brotherhood of Locomotive Firemen and Enginemen (hereinafter refererd to as the Firemen), and their respective officers for an order restraining them from striking.
