The plaintiffs in error, who were the plaintiffs in the trial court, were the joint owners of a vehicle involved in a collision on U. S. Highway 87 in Adams County, Colorado. The plaintiff Joseph Gaulin was the driver of this vehicle and was alone at the time of the accident. The defendant in error, and the defendant in the trial court, was the driver of an automobile which struck the rear end of the plaintiffs' vehicle. This was a chain reaction...
