In this case the Plaintiff brings suit against the Defendants complaining of the action of the Defendant, R. B. Tootel, Governor of the Farm Credit Administration in removing Plaintiff's Secretary-Treasurer and Manager from office asserting that said removal was arbitrary, capricious, illegal and unconstitutional. It was agreed in open Court that the Court has jurisdiction herein under the Administrative Procedure...
