The Appellant was convicted in the Criminal Court of Baltimore on December 14, 1966, of attempted armed robbery, possession of barbiturates and carrying a concealed weapon. He was sentenced to twenty years for the armed robbery, one year for the concealed weapon and fined $100 on the barbiturate conviction, all sentences to run consecutively.
