This is an appeal from the Clark Circuit Court which grows out of a proceeding instituted by the appellee under the provisions of the Redevelopment of Cities and Towns Act of 1953, as amended. This act is found in Burns' Indiana Statutes, Anno., § 48-8541 to § 48-8567, [1963 Repl.].
