BECKER, Justice.

Action to terminate trust and direct distribution of assets. Plaintiff Jordon M. Work, one of the trustees and a beneficiary, now contends that he is the only beneficiary entitled to receive the corpus of the trust. After trial the district court held that all six beneficiaries named in the trust instrument were entitled to share in the corpus, pro rata. We agree.
