KELLEHER, Justice.

These are two appeals by an employer from decrees of the workmen's compensation commission where in one cause the employer's petition to review a preliminary agreement was denied and dismissed, and in the second the employee's petition wherein she sought to amend the preliminary agreement so as to identify her injuries more fully and also obtain the payment of certain medical expenses in excess of the statutory maximum was granted...
