Goodman dba Arizona Securities, as assignee of the seller's interest, against the buyers of an automobile purchased under a conditional sales contract. Goodman, hereinafter referred to as plaintiff, sought hereby to recover a money judgment for the difference between the balance due under the contract at the time of default and the amount received from the sale of the automobile...
