The defendant was convicted as principal in a robbery committed in a Portsmouth store on December 14, 1965. See State v. Derosia, 94 N.H. 228; State v. Keegan, 106 N.H. 152. One of his chief contentions is that the evidence was insufficient to warrant a finding of guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
