TANNENWALD, Judge:

Respondent determined a deficiency in petitioner's Federal income tax for the taxable year ended August 31, 1963 in the amount of $6,056.77. We are called upon to determine the useful lives of two buildings and a heating and air conditioning system located in one of the buildings.
