Named as defendants were Albert Patterson, the Yellow Cab Company of Shreveport, Inc., Fidelity General Insurance Company, driver, owner and insurer, respectively, of the taxicab in which plaintiff was a fare-paying passenger, Floyd Lakey, driver of the other automobile involved, and his insurer, New York Fire...
