Plaintiff's decedent fell to his death on February 5, 1965 through a hole in the roof of a warehouse building owned by defendant Harry Sussna Enterprises, Inc. (Enterprises). It was being constructed on property owned by Enterprises at Lakewood. In an action brought by plaintiff against Enterprises and other defendants for decedent's death, the trial court granted a summary judgment in favor of this defendant...
