The appeal in this case is from an order of the Superior Court of Richmond County sustaining appellee's motion to dismiss a caveat to a will filed by appellant, Johnny J. Jones, Jr. Appellant's father, Johnny J. Jones, died testate in 1963. His will was probated in common form, and thereafter, upon petition filed by appellant, the executors offered it for probate in solemn form to allow appellant to attack its validity by caveat.
