On March 27, 1956, applicant for leave to appeal submitted under pleas of guilty under two separate indictments for robbery with a deadly weapon and one indictment for robbery. He was sentenced by Judge Joseph L. Carter, sitting in the Criminal Court of Baltimore, to ten years for each offense in the Maryland Penitentiary; the sentences to run consecutively.
