This diversity action involves the right of the Plaintiff, Shannon O'Glee, to recover a commission from the defendant, T. C. Trigg, claimed as a broker's fee in connection with the sale of 4,052 shares of stock in the First State Bank of Crossett, Arkansas, to Jess P. Odom, President of National Investors Life Insurance Company, Little Rock, Arkansas.
