HOTEL AND RESTAURANT EMPLOYEES AND BARTENDERS INTERNATIONAL UNION AFL-CIO, LOCAL 343, International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Chauffeurs, Warehousemen and Helpers Union, Local 806, Philip Kazansky, George Snyder, John Doe and Mary Roe, said names being fictitious, parties intended being the business agents, representatives, organizers, pickets and employees of the above Unions, individually and in their above mentioned respective capacities, Defendants.
