This appeal brings for review the evidence and a decree of the Court of Common Pleas of Lorain County reforming a deed to real property given by the Spitzer Hardware & Supply Company (appellee) to John P. and Winifred A. Dever, husband and wife (appellants).

For convenience, the appellee will be referred to as Spitzer, and the appellants as Devers.
