Defendant has appealed from a judgment in favor of plaintiff wherein disability payments of $240.00 per month for the period of June 1, 1965 to April 25, 1966, were granted.

Plaintiff's rights and defendant's liability turn on a policy of insurance to which was attached a "Disability Income Rider" providing a monthly indemnity of $240.00 in the event of total disability resulting...
