Late in 1957, the Summit County Commissioners invited bids from firms who met certain qualifications for the exclusive privilege of operating the food and drink and general merchandise concession to be located in a proposed new terminal building which was contemplated to be built in the future at Akron-Canton Airport in Summit County, Ohio.
Each prospective bidder was required to use a prepared bid form which included detailed instructions to bidders...
