In 1955, Clement A. Kelly married Shirley N. Kelly in Ontario, Canada, and immediately thereafter moved to Girard, Ohio, where they established a residence. In 1956, a child, Dorinda Kelly, was born of this marriage. Domestic problems arose between the parties, and on May 3, 1963, Clement Kelly filed for divorce in Trumbull County.
