OPINION

LANGDON, Justice.

This is a divorce case. Judgment was entered upon a jury verdict granting appellee a divorce, the sum of $2,000.00 attorney's fees and other relief not pertinent to this appeal.

In its judgment the trial court appointed a trustee acting under its authority to take possession of all the community furniture and household goods awarded to the appellee and to deliver same to her....
