Defendant and one Clark were charged with three counts of armed robbery; the information also alleged seven prior felony convictions. Clark pleaded guilty to the armed robbery charged in count I; defendant was convicted by a jury on counts I and III, and acquitted of count II. Further, the jury found that at the time of the robberies, defendant was armed with a deadly weapon — a CO[2] Plainsman .175...
