This suit was instituted by Thomas King, an alleged citizen of Fort Smith, Arkansas, against State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, a corporation allegedly organized and having its principal place of business in a state other than Arkansas; and alleging that State Farm had issued an insurance policy to the plaintiff providing, among other things, uninsured motorist coverage.
