Involved in this appeal is construction of our mechanic's and materialmen's statutes.1 The superior court entered a judgment in favor of appellee Ketchikan Spruce Mills establishing a materialmen's lien in its behalf and decreeing that the lien be foreclosed against appellant Vaara's interest in certain real property.
