Carwen Realty Company, Inc. brought an action of ejectment against The Travelodge Corporation. The defendant conceded that the plaintiff proved a prima facie case and relied upon a defense of estoppel. The court directed a verdict for the plaintiff and the defendant appeals from that judgment.
