The above styled cases were consolidated for the purpose of determining the priority of liens and the resolution of other pending subjects and upon being heard for the purpose of the distribution of the proceeds of the sale, it is held by this court that it would seem to be the proper practice, in such a case, for the court to determine not only the amount of each claim, but the validity of each lien as well as the priorities...
