Involved in this appeal is the title to 2.4 acres of land described as "all of the E½ of NW¼ NE¼ Sec. 3, T-2-S, R-15-W, lying West of Old Hwy #70." The trial court quieted title to the 2.4 acres in appellees, Mr. and Mrs. Lyle B. Marshall, as the owners by adverse possession. For reversal the appellants, who are the heirs at law of Mr. and Mrs. W. N. McCray and are the record title holders...
