This action was commenced on July 22, 1966, in the Probate Court for the City and County of Denver, Colorado. It is in a sense a companion to Civil Action No. 66-C-359 in this Court wherein two of the defendants named, Bruce R. Rippey and A. Gordon Rippey, are plaintiffs.
