This is an action for benefits under the Nebraska Workmen's Compensation Act. The case was first heard before a single judge of the compensation court, who, after hearing, entered an award for the plaintiff. An appeal from this award was taken directly to the district court for Lincoln County. After trial in the district court, that court found that the accident did not arise out of and in the course of the employment, and dismissed the plaintiff...
