This suit arises from an intersectional collision in the City of Houston between appellant's truck and appellee's automobile.

Trial was to the court with the aid of a jury. In response to special issues submitted, the jury found to the effect that defendant-appellee Jordan entered the intersection on a red light and that this was a proximate cause of the collision; that on the occasion of the collision in question, defendant-appellee failed...
