This is a disciplinary proceeding, certified to us by a report of bar commissioners recommending discipline. The proceeding is pursuant to the authorization contained in the rules promulgated by this court and appearing as § 21-2-1(3) (1.01) to and including § 21-2-1(3) (4.03), N.M.S.A. 1953 (Supp. 1965).
