This is a Workmen's Compensation case. The issue is whether a claim for compensation (money and medical benefits) is barred by the statute of limitations. James F. O'Neal suffered a compensable injury on October 22, 1958. Claimant was unable to engage in work for about three weeks, and then returned to work, being assigned light duty until November 14, 1959, when he began to develop further trouble from his injury.
