This is an action brought by the Secretary of Labor, United States Department of Labor, alleging that Universal Advertising Service has been and is employing a number of employees in interstate commerce in violation of the requirements of Section 6 (Minimum Wage) and Section 7 (Overtime Compensation) of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended (29 U.S.C. 201 et seq.), hereinafter referred to as the Act.
