Ronald Lynn Anderson was indicted for rape in Fulton County, and on his conviction for that offense was sentenced to be electrocuted. He filed a motion for new trial on the usual general grounds which he later amended by adding other grounds. His amended motion was overruled, and from that judgment he timely appealed to this court.
