Ben Verastique, appellant, sued Terrace Associates, Ltd., appellee, on a sworn account totaling $4,182.29, for attorney's fees and costs, alleging that the account sued on was for fruits and vegetables furnished the Terrace Motor Hotel in Austin, Texas, which motel "has been operated as such by Austin Terrace, Inc., a corporation now in bankruptcy, for the benefit of and under a contract with" appellee, and that appellee, by reason of such contract...
