This is a motion of plaintiffs and intervening plaintiffs to enforce the judgment of this Court entered herein on April 7, 1965. The ground for this motion is that the report and order thereafter entered by defendant, Interstate Commerce Commission, is not in compliance with the Opinion of this Court on which its judgment is predicated.
