This is an action of tort to recover for personal injuries sustained by the plaintiff on November 19, 1958, in a fire on land owned by the city of Fitchburg. The declaration as amended contained eight counts, four against each defendant. The judge ordered verdicts for the defendants on four counts. Four counts now remain, one against each defendant for personal injuries caused by negligence, and one against each defendant for injuries resulting from ultrahazardous...
