McALLISTER, C.J.

This is an action for damages sustained by plaintiff when his car was struck from the rear by a car operated by defendant Clarence Cochran, who will be referred to as if he were the sole defendant. The jury returned a verdict for defendant, and plaintiff appeals.

1. Since the jury found for the defendant, we are required to view the evidence in the light most favorable to him.
