Memorandum Findings of Fact and Opinion

SCOTT, Judge:

Respondent determined deficiencies in the income tax of petitioner Dairy Service, Inc., for the taxable year November 1 to December 31, 1959, and the calendar years 1960 and 1961 in the amounts of $73.50, $441 and $441, respectively, and determined a deficiency in the income tax of petitioner Marjorie G. Hugo for the calendar year 1959 in the amount of $3,499.73.
