The parties have agreed that the accident happened on a dark, clear November night about 7:15 P.M. at or near the intersection of Woodbury Avenue with South Main and Boynton Streets in Manchester, New Hampshire. The plaintiffs, the only occupants of their car, were traveling in a westerly direction on Woodbury Avenue, the automobile being driven by the husband.
