The case before us arises out of the alleged failure of Charles W. Huber, president of Carmel Corporation, to obey a subpoena issued by the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission commanding him to appear before the commission; to bring certain records; and to testify concerning the complaint of petitioners that they, because of their race, were denied rental of an apartment owned and operated by respondent.
