PER CURIAM.

Defendant was charged by county attorney's information with the crime of sodomy (fellatio) in violation of section 705.1, Code, 1962. He appeared in person and with counsel, was duly arraigned, entered a plea of guilty to the offense charged and was sentenced to an indeterminate term not exceeding ten years in the state penitentiary. Defendant has elected to submit his appeal to this court on a clerk's transcript which reveals no error.
