PER CURIAM.

Defendant was charged by a county attorney's information with larceny in the night time, contrary to section 709.4, Code, 1962, in that he stole from a motor vehicle two chain saws of a value of more than $20. He pleaded not guilty, was tried before court and jury, found guilty, and the value of the property stolen was found to be $125 to $150. Defendant was sentenced to an indeterminate term not exceeding ten years in the penitentiary at Fort Madison...
