SIMONS, District Judge.
This is an action by the plaintiffs herein against the defendant, an Indiana corporation, for an accounting and a monetary judgment. In its answer defendant set up a counterclaim asking for judgment against plaintiffs. This matter is before the court on exception to the report of the late James B.
