Defendant appeals a conviction of burglary not in a dwelling. The principal assignment of error challenges the refusal of the court to grant a mistrial.

On direct examination, a police officer was unnecessarily asked whether the defendant had identified himself as Gerald Curtis Rogers. The officer replied that he had. Defense counsel, believing that his client had been prejudiced by the state's injection of the idea of an "alias...
