Memorandum Opinion

SCOTT, Judge:

Respondent determined a deficiency in the income tax of the Estate of Donald F. Ochs, Deceased, Roberta Ochs Dingmann (Formerly Roberta C. Ochs) Administratrix and/or Executrix and Roberta C. Dingmann (Formerly Roberta C. Ochs) for the calendar year 1948 in the amount of $11,094.38 and determined a deficiency in the income tax of Alfred L. Ochs and Verna L. Ochs for the calendar year 1948 in the amount of $10,237.70.
