Kabonick, Sr., died October 27, 1959, leaving a will dated April 19, 1956, which was probated November 5, 1959, before the Register of Wills of Northumberland County, in whose office it remains of record in will book 34, page 360. Letters testamentary were issued by the register on November 5, 1959, to Edward Kabonick, the executor named in the will.
