Plaintiff corporation seeks a permanent injunction to restrain defendants from interfering with the plaintiff's use of lot 49 of Supervisor's Plat of Turner Subdivision in Berrien county.

Plaintiff is the owner of lot 49 on the beach of Lake Michigan, and its members use this lot for bathing, boating, and other recreational purposes.
