This is an appeal from a judgment dismissing an action filed on June 3, 1958, by Antone M. Caldeira, hereinafter referred to as plaintiff,1 for damages for breach of contract claimed to have occurred under the facts we will endeavor to highlight in this opinion. A counterclaim was also dismissed by the judgment but no appeal has been taken from that ruling.<...
